PwC Tanzania is seeking to strengthen their Advisory Consulting services by recruiting and training highly motivated individuals for the positions of Manager in the Advisory Line of Service within Management Consulting - Strategy & Operations, People & Change and Technology fields.
Roles & responsibilities
- Provide advisory services to clients in Strategy and Operations, Technology or HR consultancy
- Develop the business in Tanzania and the region by identifying the needs in the market and creating customised solutions with (potential) clients, based on your personal experience and best practices
- Further develop and coach colleagues on the projects while leading the activities, guaranteeing top quality deliverables
- Manage project economics to ensure profitability of the business unit
- Actively handle credit management and liaison with various stakeholders on debt collection
- Actively work with other lines of service to grow the business
Knowledge and skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in leading projects and diverse teams
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
- High level of proficiency in MS Office
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain good client relationships
- Full flexibility to travel and work in the region
Required education and experience:
- Over 7 years of experience in a global management consultancy firm or with the big four or a strategy consulting firm
- A Master degree in Engineering, Administration/Management, Finance, Leadership, Organisational Design, Technology, Development, Human Resources Management or Public Policy is required
